  • 180 grams muscovado sugar (if not available, use brown sugar)
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams low fat cream cheese
  • 1 mashed banana (drizzled with lime)
  • 1 lime zest (and juice)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and sugar.
    3. Make a well in the center and pour the egg and cream cheese. Mix and add the mashed banana drizzled with the lime juice and half of the lemon zest.
