Ingredients

  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 180 grams brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 180 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • salt
  • 2 bananas
  • powdered sugar (as needed)
  • cinnamon (as needed)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Grease and flour a round cake pan.
  3. 3In a blender or food processor, blend the butter and sugar.
  4. 4Add one egg at a time while beating, add the yogurt, and flour sifted with baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5Pour the batter in cake pan, top with sliced bananas,and bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. 6Remove from oven, unmold, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and vanilla powder.
