  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs (flax, 2 whole eggs or Egg Replacer, I used 2 teaspoons egg replacer mixed with 4 tablespoons water)
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or sugar of choice)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 banana (large, mashed)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/3 cup toasted coconut
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
