I beat the egg whites and folded them in. Also added chocolate chips and left out nutmeg. Very good!

Yummy! Made a few changes based on what was available and personal taste. Used 1 whole egg. Added a 1 tsp of chai spice and a dash of cardamom. Also added 1/4 tsp baking soda. Thanks for posting!
