- 12 bananas (cooking, peeled and halved)
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter (optional)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 24 lumpia wrappers
- 1 egg white (unbeaten)
- 1 quart oil (for deep frying)
- Spread bananas with peanut butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Wrap each piece in lumpia wrapper and seal all edges with egg white.
- Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot.
