- 2/3 cup hemp milk (or almond or rice milk, plus more if needed)
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves (packed)
- 1 frozen banana (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 avocado (peeled)
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 8 ice cubes
- 2 tsp. honey (optional)

Directions
- In order, combine hemp milk, spinach, banana, avocado, lemon juice and ice in blender jar of KitchenAid® Pro Line® Blender. Secure lid and set blender to Smoothie setting. Blend until machine turns itself off.
- Alternatively, combine ingredients in blender as directed, secure lid and turn dial to Speed 1. Slowly increase speed to high (Speed 10 or 11). Blend until completely smooth, about 1 minute. If necessary, scrape down sides of jar with Flex Edge tamper.
- If smoothie is too thick, blend in extra splash or two of hemp milk. Blend in honey to taste, if desired. Smoothie is best if served right away.
