    Was unsure on cutting the inside cupcakes so I'm posting my method to create a dwelling for the pudding. I used a metal "Japanese Double Jigger" 2CL smaller-cup end.. center it and insert it about halfway into the cupcake. A round cut-edge should appear, "uncork" the round mid-cake-core with a pair of prongs. ~These were delicious!
