My family loved these! We didn’t have plain 1 min oatmeal on hand so I used some Cinnamon Toast Crunch oatmeal that we had instead and it was delish! Definitely will make next time have overripe bananas again!

The cookies were good! I added walnuts and next time I will add some coconut flakes Best part….no sugar!

I am going to agree with Betsy M, these are a little bland and need just a little jazzing up. I will say the bananas are very important to this cookie. I found that for some reason sweeter bananas were much better in the cookie.(I have no idea as to how to get better flavor in a banana other than I got lucky) I added a little extra PB and some honey and extra oatmeal to thicken the batter. It is a great start and I am sure with some tweaking and experimenting these will be very good.

I didn't use chocolate chips, and added some agave syrup, flax meal, walnuts, vanilla, and dried cherries. It's definitely a breakfast or snack option- not really a cookie, but you can guess that from the ingredient list. I found it to be bland so I added the other stuff. Like it is meant for very young children. BUT it does taste good, and better with the additions- I am sure chocolate would have been a good idea.

Delicious! I love banana and chocolate anything. Added some shredded coconut, walnut and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. So good
