These muffins are a big hit with my kids. They are so healthy and easy to make. I use a mini muffin pan, They freeze well too. Also, I use quick oats without putting them in a food processor. They only need to bake for 15 mins

These are really good! I added vanilla extract as I do to all baked goods. They are dense which is to be expected

DELICIOUS! A Healthy treat my kid can’t get enough of. I altered slightly: I added 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, I pulverized my oats first then food processed all my wet ingredients together, then just stirred them together in a bowl. Made mini muffins, baked for 14 minutes, yielded 44 minis.

Moist, but came out a bit flat. I think I’d want to change the recipe next time to 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup oats.

The muffins were super moist and flavorful! I made half of the batch chocolate chip, and omitted them in the other half (instead, adding cinnamon, and making them simple banana muffins) The only comment I would make is to be very thoughtful about bake time! I pulled one tray out around 17 minutes and they were just a little under baked in the center. Otherwise, these make for a good breakfast treat!

They obviously didn't turn out just like the picture but they were great! I used a mini muffin silicone pan and the 3 bite little goodies were delicious! No flour! 😃

Love this recipe mainly because it is so quick to make. We change it here and there depending on what we have. Maybe flavoured yoghurt, coconut sugar, sultanas. Really easy to do.

the first time i tried making these i used oat flour as instructed and it turned out bland. I would suggest adding more sugar and maybe vanilla extract. second time i gave this a try and used 1 cup wheat flour (instead of 2cups oat flour) and it was way better.

This is a go-to muffin at our house! I love being able to use the blender--so fast and easy to clean up!

These were great! I wasn't looking for a gluten free recipe. My husband who as a rule doesn't like gluten free food really liked these muffins. I slightly changed the recipe. I sprinkled the chips on top so there was less chocolate in them, but it was perfect!

I wasn't looking for a flour-free recipe, just a yummy one, and boy did I find one! These are the yummiest muffins I have ever made!

Super delicious! We didn't have chocolate chips so I left them out. All 7 of my kids loved them, even without the chips. However I think the chocolate chips would add just the right amount of sweetness to them.

These were fantastic! The only way that you can go wrong is if you use different main ingredients than the recipe called for. I'm going to try substituting the chocolate chips for blueberries, dried strawberries, and walnuts the next few times that I make them. My 13-year-old gobbled them up after school and before baseball games in a matter of days! This healthy, low sugar snack is a winner!

These are terrible. I followed the recipe exactly and they were just not satisfying. I used steel oats which may have been an issue but overall they didn't rise and just lacked good consistency and flavor. Very sad because I really wanted to like these.

These were awesome!!! My family couldn't get enough of them. Great for dessert or breakfast. I made two batches so far. :)

Wow These muffins were delicious! I followed most of the instructions and they turned out amazing!😊 If you are looking to add anything else to this I would suggest adding strawberries!🍓

Super moist and not too sweet. Added a little cinnamon and used a mixture of whole wheat flour and oatmeal. Would definitely make again!

Really beautiful muffins!! They make a perfect breakfast/dessert and with very little prep time. Only thing though, is that they cook very fast. My oven at home is not one to be super hot and the muffins were done in 15 minutes. Anymore time and they would have burned. Another thing I did was use whole wheat flour instead of ground oats and it worked just as well. It gave the muffins a really nice corn bread-like texture that kept my family wanting more. All-in-all I would definitely make these again! :)
