Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions

  1. Combine flours and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together egg, banana and nutella, then add milk and whisk again until combined.
  3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
  4. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
  5. Cook pancakes on a greased pancake griddle or non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Once pancakes start to bubble (about 2-3 minutes), flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden.
