Good! It's important to cut the apple really well before adding it. I started with the banana and orange and once I got a nice blend going I added in the apple a couple of pieces at a time. I used the grate setting on my blender. Next time I will try this recipe with a green. Maybe spinach?

You have to drink it quick. If not it will turn into banana, orange, apple sauce. I may make it again but I will have to take the the orange membranous off.
