A couple of things. Four servings gave me two cups. Idk what a serving size is, but I assume it’s one cup. 1) if you don’t have a fantastic blender, the apple skin makes for a very annoying texture, so peel it unless you want little flakes floating around in your mouth. 2) I’m not sure why the serving sizes are so small. If you drink all “4” servings in a sitting real world calories (plus protein powder I added) comes in under 400 calories. So it is perfect for a full meal replacement. I am on a 1700 calories a day diet and I drank all four servings and still have a really nice dinner. 3)it does taste good. I find the mix of so many fruits kind of made it just taste fruity. I guess I would have preferred a one of the three be more powerful. Otherwise, it was good. I recommend it. It tastes much better cold!

Too high in sugars for weight loss. Definite lunch time crash as well. Spiking glucose levels are bad.

This is my usual breakfast, I also add kale, 1 tbsp hemp, or any other fruit or veggie. I use Almond milk instead of water. I have a Vitamix blender which blends so well making the drink very smooth no lumps.

It was tasty, but it was a little too concentrated on banana, with the other ingredients I wanted a more universal fruit flavor. It get chunky, I saw the juice sink to the bottom. But overall, it wasn’t bad.

I made this drink this morning. It has a great taste but I hate the hulls from the apple. But I will most definitely make this again and make it a staple

Love this! I can tell a difference in how i feel. It tastes yummy and gives me energy! I recently added 3 strawberries and some coconut water. When i drink this in the morning I have energy all day!!!
