Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 eggs (plus 2 additional egg yolks)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 bananas (peeled and sliced)

Directions

  1. Heat the milk in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water until milk is warm but not scalding. Whisk the eggs and sugar together and mix into the milk, continuing to heat gently and stir with a wooden spoon until thickened to a smooth, creamy consistency. Remove from heat and add banana slices. Serve the same day.

no taste and didnt thicken for me. either needs cornflour or consistancies are wrong.
