Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • 1/2 cup barley (/wheat nuggets, grape nuts)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 2 mashed bananas

Directions

  1. In a small bowl mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. In a larger bowl mix all wet ingredients together.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean) in a 350 degree oven.
