So easy. Changed 1/2 cup of flour for gf rolled oats and used gf 1 to 1 baking flour instead of regular flour to make them gluten free. Taste delicious!

Made this several times; used an egg replacement (due to an allergy) instead of an egg and it worked out great!

Fantastic I added 1/4 c ground flax so I used 1 1/4 c flour and 1/4 flax
