Description

This next-level banana bread is a great way to use up spent fruit, though you'll no doubt be buying and mashing bananas for this purpose alone. It gets its rich chocolate flavor from dark cocoa. Bake the batter in mini-loaf pans. After letting them cool, sprinkle the bread with powdered sugar, slice it and enjoy.

Ingredients

150 grams butter (creamed)
180 grams sugar
2 eggs
220 grams flour
100 grams dark chocolate (powdered)
10 grams baking powder
180 milliliters milk
salt
2 bananas (ripe, mashed)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 190C.
2Cream the butter with the sugar.
3Add the eggs.
4Stir together the flour, the baking powder, the chocolate, and salt and add it to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk.
5Add the mashed bananas and stir well to combine.
6Place the batter in mini loaf pans and bake for 35 minutes.
7Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
