- 2 cups nuts (walnuts, almonds, brazil, use a mixture or just one)
- 1 1/2 bananas (medium frozen)
- 2 cacao powder (Tablspoons of)
- 2 scoops chocolate (protein powder, flavour)
- 2 tablespoons honey

These are wonderful,but you can't eat just one . I would rate these at least 9 out of 10. I always use pecans, but this time I will use walnuts and see if they are any better. I don't see how they could be any better.
