Yummy! I drizzled a chocolate cognac glaze on top. Perfect. This is a keeper. Next time I’ll add walnuts.

Super yummy 😍 should have cooked for a little longer though as middle was gooey still (but I actually enjoyed eating that too today 😝)

Perfection! Moist just as any banana cake should be. The sugar acted as a crunchy crust to the outside of the cake. I didn’t make the frosting but it’s honestly amazing as is. A little cream and done.

Perfect! I used a cream cheese butter frosting and used another 1/2 cup of banana (just because I had it). I will add walnuts next time. Will definitely make it again!

I added cinnamon to the batter. After putting on the icing I added cinnamon sugar on top. The cake was moist and tasty.

Not very good. The recipe called for 2 eggs, while the directions said to put 1. It said to put baking soda, when baking powder was more appropriate. The cake did not rise well, so it was not fluffy as expected.

delicious, worth the added ingredients. has worked everytime i have made it. seems to get better with age. cream cheese icing recipe is a no fail aswell.

Amazing!!! Kids love it Doubled it and made in a 1/2 sheet pan added 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips and baked wonderfully!

Really enjoyed this cake. I used cake flour but it was still quite dense. However, flavour was great. I made cream cheese icing which went well with it.

We really enjoyed this cake and i will make it again. Nice change from banana bread,. The only thing i did differently was the icing, i made a banana icing and found that i had to thicken it and it was really sweet. Next time i will use the vanilla icing...
