Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 75 grams butter
  • 4 bananas (ripe)
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 1 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • salt
  • 170 grams flour

Directions

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a non-stick skillet.
  2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  3. Grease a bread pan with butter.
  4. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
  5. Mix in the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  6. Add the baking soda, a pinch of salt, and sesame seeds.
  7. Stir in the flour.
  8. Pour the mixture into the bread pan, and bake for about 1 hour.
  9. Remove from oven, cool on a rack, and serve ​​with a bit of butter.
