Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups banana puree (ripe)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. 1Mix the banana, sugar, oil and eggs together with a wooden spoon.
  2. 2Add the rest of the ingredients and pour the batter into a pan greased with butter.
  3. 3Bake for 1 hour at 180 C or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan.
