- Mix the banana, sugar, oil and eggs together with a wooden spoon.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and pour the batter into a pan greased with butter.
- Bake for 1 hour at 180 C or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan.

This was my first time making banana bread, it turned out good. I made it in two smaller loaf pans, also added about 1 cup of chocolate chips to the recipe.

I like to do 2 cups of banana purée. Keep the rest of the ingredients the same but bake for an extra 5 minutes.

Turned out amazing and so light and fluffy! The flavor was amazing and so sweet! I loves how simple it was to make and how everyone else loved it. Will definitely be using this recipie again.
