So far has been my favorite banana bread

Banana Bread Heaven!!! I doubled the recipe adding vanilla, 1 tsp, and used less sugar, 1 1/2 cups. I also sifted dry ingredients to render a beautiful light texture.

Very delicious and sweet! I stuck to the recipe, but tripled it. It took quite a bit longer to cook in my glass bread pans. Part of that was because i was cooking three loaves at a time. Highly recommend this recipe if you like your banana bread sweet.

The most amazing banana bread I’ve ever made. Ridiculously easy. I did bake it for 45 minutes in a square 8 x 8 aluminum pan. I reduced the sugar to 3/4 cups. Only had 2 ripe bananas and added a handful of walnuts and a tea spoon of vanilla. It’s really delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly, except it took almost 2 hours to bake all the way through, and yes, it was burnt to a crisp on the outside. I threw it out and did not taste it. Very disappointed with the result.

Great bread! Very moist, and a lot of flavor. Will do again very soon.

It was so moist and fresh! And the best part was that it stayed that way until the very last slice over a week after it was originally baked.
