  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 75 mL oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla powder
  • 65 grams nuts (pecans)
  • 4 mashed bananas (over-ripe)
