    So simple and so yummy. I made a small substitution of shallot for the red onion. Hubs gobbled it up and he's usually wary of vegetation. Thanks.

    This one is a Keeper! I used Blood Orange Balsamic vinegar and it was amazing!

    This was a good recipe. I added a touch of salt at the end and it was perfect. I think next time I’ll add thyme to the dressing to give it a more complex flavor.

    Added Seitan, sundried tomatoes, shitaake, Cremini mushrooms. Protein-packed, vitamin rich meal! I call this a go-to salad!
