Amazing had to do it wit NY Strips but wow
Very tasty. The mushrooms had tons of flavor. I marinated the steak for a few hours instead of just one and I decreased the cooking time quite a bit based on the thickness of the steak and the doneness we prefer. I was worried the flavor would be overwhelming but it wasn't at all!

Butterflied the steaks so need to reduce the oven time to about 5 to 7 minutes for medium.

It was really yummy! So easy to make. I cut the steaks in half, so I cut the time in half. Next time I'll shorten the time even more. I like a good cut of meat a little more rare. Thanks Jennifer!
