easy to follow recipe that turned out really well!
I am not usually a huge fan of roast beef. This was fantastic though! Made sandwiches with Swiss cheese and a horseradish sauce. Will definitely make again!
Amazing!!! Entire family loved it! 4.19lb roast fed 4 adults and three kids! Will make again; super super easy!
This recipe was just OK. I'm not a big fan of sweet tasting meat.

The flavor of the meat in this recipe is phenomenal! We made sandwiches with our beef (opted out of the gravy) and everyone took seconds, This one is definitely a recipe worth keeping!

Delish! I used a sirloin roast and cooked it in the oven rather than crockpot. Also, I used oregano rather than rosemary. ( only because I'm not a big fan of rosemary) Super tender! Definitely a keeper!

This sauce is AWESOME. It's so simple. But it doesn't taste it. Will definitely make again.

Didn’t really enjoy the final outcome. Followed directions exactly. Very dry and quite boring.

Easy to make but a bit heavy on the balsamic. Beef was very tender and easy to eat.

Roast was delicious! First made for New Years and was hit from age 6 to 44! Flavorful and tender! Making it for a third time within gone month by popular request!

Delicious and easy! I always add extra garlic so that's the only thing I changed. Enough for about 4-6 people :)

It was fine. It was just a little too sweet for my, and my husbands, taste. Probably would be better if you treated it like a pot roast

Very good and easy to make. I made this with some potatoes and it was a good meal. I used some higher quality balsamic vinegar on this which is the key I think.

6-7 hours on low. It was delicious. Had with smashed red potatoes and sautéed zucchini. Also a nice glass of red wine. I would make again

It was very tender and flavorful would have liked a little more crispy pieces, but that was easily accomplished by pan searing it for a few minutes

I absolutely loved the flavour of the meat using this recipe. I cooked the meat for just over seven hours on low, but because I have a smaller slow cooker, I flipped the meat over halfway through the afternoon. I served the roast beef with baked hasselback potatoes (http://www.yummly.com/recipe/Baked-Hasselback-Potatoes-988606), steamed broccoli and fresh rolls. I would definitely make this again!
