I let it marinate for about 4 hours the taste was good but could have used more flavor.

We didn't plan ahead well enough and the pork didn't marinate as long as it should have. Next time we'll be more prepared! Very delicious otherwise.

Very good marinade that came out juicy and tasting pretty good. My pork chops came out very tender after letting them sit in this all day. It was flavorful, but I still thought something could be added. Herbs may make this really shine and become a well used recipe. Easy to make and is ready for dinner if you stick in the fridge before work. Will make this one again.
