Total miss! Not sure if I had a mishap, but marinade didn’t do much to my steak.

Awesome will you a different cut of meat next time tho! I am not a huge fan of skirt steak

Very good! The skirt steak I picked out was at too thin but flavor excellent!!

I loved this recipe. The marinade was to die for. Just replaced our old grill and was anxious to try this. We were not disappointed.
