Ingredients

  • 6 lamb loin chops
  • 1 clove garlic (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano (each;, Thyme, or Rosemary)
  • herbs (Use any or all of these, roughly chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper (freshly cracked)

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix above ingredients, except salt and pepper. Set aside
  2. Salt and Pepper the Lamb Chops on both sides on a plate
  3. Toss Lamb in bowl with marinade
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours, turning occaisionally
