Delicious flavor and very easy. Used golden balsamic vinegar and fresh thyme. Writing out this recipe out for my husband to try. Excellent.

So easy to make! And so delicious! I'm not usually much of a fan of pork chops, but I would definitely eat them more frequently with this onion-balsamic reduction! I used a whole onion, because I didn't want half an onion leftover in my fridge and it was scrumptious served on top of the pork!
