The bus balsamic vinegar reduction is a great sauce to accompany it with. I also served lentils on the side. I fried the lamb chops in a cast iron skillet turning on all sides. Cooked them for 15 minutes total

It was fabulous! Made it with the puréed beans which was also amazing and I will use instead of polenta forever. I served only 4 lamb chops so so halved everything, next time will be a little more sparing on the balsamic reduction, it overwhelmed the richness of the puréed beans, although added to the savory of the lamb.

The lamb chops were delish and very flavorful. They were easy to prepare and I will prepare them this way again I served them with sautéed zucchini and apple sauce.

Too much of something in the sauce, can’t put my finger on it. Tasted a little strange
