Such great flavor and I added provolone to the chicken in the oven to melt on top. Would even be great with some cherry tomatoes warmed up in the sauce!

Came out good started sauce a little early so the onions and spices were just a tad overly done, however if timed right would of been good.

Delicious! Spicy, buttery, and acidic. A great use of leftover mushrooms and thyme. To save dishes, I browned the chicken in a pan, cooked the mushrooms, and then put the chicken back in to finish it off by covering the pan with a lid. Choice.

This was really great! My boyfriend and I loved it. We ended up only needing to bake the chicken for 10 minutes, and it turned out perfectly! We had ours with a caprese salad, which really brought everything together. Would make again :)

It was pretty tasty. I loosely followed the recipe because I only used what I had on hand —drumsticks in lieu of chicken breasts, no mushrooms, and minced garlic in lieu of roasted garlic.

Very tasty used my iron skillet. Browned the chicken, removed it and then did balsamic reduction. Put chicken back in skillet, put in oven. Delish!!
