I made adjustments to this recipe as I was cooking. Hubby gives it four stars and wants it again. It's definitely a healthy dish! I'm leaving the adjustments I made here so that I will remember for next time and for anyone who may be interested. I used 3 chicken breasts but knew we would be putting the chicken over quinoa so I wanted more sauce. I doubled the sauce instructions and then knowing Rod's palette determined it was not balsamic heavy enough for his liking so I added quite a bit more to the chicken broth. I used the amount of Thyme that was called for but wish I hadn't. It was very overpowering so I fished out a good portion of it while it was cooking and rising to the sides of the pan. I also didn't brown the chicken on medium high heat for the specified time. I used medium heat and less time to get the golden brown color. I removed the chicken from the large pan and didn't use a smaller one for the onions and mushrooms. I used the same pan and re-added the chicken when it was time.

I followed the recipe and it was delicous! If you don't like balsamic vinegar, you won't love this recipe. My husband and I thought it was great. The chicken was tender and it had mushrooms, onion, and sauce all while being low calorie & low fat!

Needed more spice in my opinion. Added salt, pepper,xpaprika. Next time will add some cayenne and maybe oregano. Also doubled the sauce and thickened it with cornstarch toward the end? Definitely tender.

Very tender but not as flavorful as I hoped. Perhaps less chicken broth and more balsamic would give it a five star

It was alright very acidic for our taste. Felt like it was missing something. Wont make again.

This recipe is a wonderful go-to chicken recipe. I've only made this for my husband but I would have no problem making this for guests!!

This dish was good. my sauce didn't thicken until I transferred my broth mixture to the pan with the chicken to simmer. I used ground tyme. and boneless chicken thighs. Will make again

I made this dish and substituted the thyme for rosemary (didn't have any thyme) The dish was awesome. A new family favorite.

So delicious and so easy to make with simple ingredients. I leave out the honey just because I don't like it sweet.

Yuck yuck yuck I literally had to throw this out and order pizza for my family. It tasted wretched and the chicken was dry w a pungent flavor

Delicious definitely going to make it again I didn't modify this recipe at all served it with roasted potatoes and string beans.
