Putting the chicken in the broth mix ended up overcooking the chicken, and didn’t reduce the glaze enough to be considered a glaze. But that ended up being a bit of a savior. The chicken tasted good, but the glaze that I reduced after removing the chicken was gross. If I was to make this exact recipe again I would put my chicken pieces in the broth-glaze for about 2-minutes each side—just long enough to flavor the meat—then discard the liquid. I would then use mayonnaise as a dipping sauce to add extra flavor. Using mayonnaise as a sauce when cooking any honey-flavored chicken comes out really good!

Turned out very tasty. i added fresh thyme as one of the herbs. made sure to partially cook the chicken, then finished it off in the sauce as it was thickening up, to not overcook the chicken. Will definitely make again.

This was good, but could be better. Some estimated cooking times on the breast pieces would have been helpful. I wound up overcooking the chicken - not completely, but it also wasn’t as moist as it could have been. Estimates on doing the glaze also would have been nice. I put the chicken in too early (hence the slight overcook) and had to remove it to finish the glaze (an extra 10minutes or so). Timing is everything when cooking, and the recipe lacks estimates at important times. It also mentioned salt and pepper, but didn’t recall seeing when to use - though I may have missed it. If I were to make it again, I think I would skip the dried seasoning and go with fresh oregano. The dried herbs didn’t rehydrate all that well, and there is nothing worse than having to pick dried herbs out of your teeth. As I said, good, but could’ve been better.

This recipe was thoroughly enjoyed! I added 2tbsp of brown sugar to tame the acidity and it went over well with the family!!

This was delicious...the sauce was incredible. We chopped the garlic vs mincing & used a bit more seasonings & honey. Perfect!!

Chicken was very tender and moist. I could have reduced the sauce more so it was thicker
