  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt (If using unsalted butter, don't skip the salt!)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup baking chips (butterscotch, I use Nestle Tollhouse)
