Delish ! Instead of flattening the chicken and then rolling it. I butterflied each piece, spread the cheese concoction and then folded it and sealed it with toothpicks. :) baked it for 45 mins at 350. Approx 1.75 pounds of chicken (3 chicken breasts)

This was easy and delicious I cut the recipe in half for the two of us. and had leftovers too. I will make this again!
