Performed as described. I used one of my overgrown zucchinis as suggested. Not a big fan of zucchini but the recipe did the trick as far as not getting mushy. I added some panko crumbs to the bread crumb mixture. I think I'd add more salt and or other seasonings to give the sticks more flavor -- like some Old Bay -- next time.
