Yummy! This is how we make baked ziti every time now. It's so much easier than the traditional recipes that call for egg, ricotta, etc... and we think it tastes better too. You wouldn't guess there was sour cream in the mixture, but it's the perfect combination for a delicious, quick meal. I did make a few changes, I add Italian seasoning to the mixture as well, and doctor up my own sauce to add extra flavor to the meal...

This is a great recipe that makes so much that I only cooked half of it and froze the other half for another day. My family loves cheese, so I added a little extra. The next time I make it, I may add some Italian seasoning to the ground beef. This recipe is a keeper that we will return to many times.
