Who doesn’t love a sweet and savory fruity dessert? This recipe for Baked White Peaches with Raspberries and Amaretti is a perfect way to end a wonderful family dinner. Ingredients

  • 4 white peaches (ripe)
  • 125 grams raspberries
  • 250 grams mascarpone
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 8 Amaretti Cookies

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place the peaches in a baking dish, flat side up.
  3. Put the raspberries on top of the peaches.
  4. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone and 2 tablespoons of honey.
  5. Spread on the peaches.
  6. Crumble a biscuit on each peach.
  7. Sprinkle with the rest of the honey.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.

I found spreading the mascarpone was a bit tedious so I decided to pipe it in using a decorator's bag and tip with a wide opening. This dessert was gobbled up quickly.
