    I used organic ground chicken, cilantro, worscershire sauce, and quick oats in place of some of the ingredients. Turned out great!

    These were great. I doubled the recipe and cooked half in bbq/jam sauce and the other half in tomato basil sauce. Yum!

    Loved I would make it again I used a little less salt and pepper, and I used jalapeno ketchup instead of the tomato paste' I only used a fourth of a cup of breadcrumbs.

    It was easy. I cut back on the salt and pepper. I think I used too much garlic. The meatballs had a bit of a kick to them. I used them in my spaghetti sauce. I will try again w/less garlic.

    The outside texture was like skin in texture & color. I think this would have a better texture if meatballs were pan seared on all sides first. It would help it stay really moist inside too.

    Very good. Very easy and fast . My grandkids (16 yrs) loved it. I will be making this again. I had a small problem with them sticking to pan but I didn't add enough oil to pan I also turned them over about 1/2 way through cooking.

    I used my own seasoning blend instead of the spices and I forgot the onion. But, the meatballs were easy to make and had good flavor.

    Usually turkey is kind of bland so I didn't know what to expect but this recipe was delicious! I substitute quinoa for the bread crumbs and it was still very tasty.

    These are fabulous. Followed directions exactly and they're perfect and a lot leaner than traditional beef meatballs. Have also ran out of bread crumbs and substituted Parmesan cheese. Also just as good. They are so simple and don't require ingredients that are hard to find or that you'll only use once. Put them in sauce or use for an appetizer. Delicious

    These are delicious and so simple! The only thing I changed was using yellow onion instead of shallot and dried parsley instead of fresh (didn't have fresh on hand). They have a nice heat to it, I'm guessing that's from the pepper. Made these for my sister and she kept saying how she couldn't believe how moist they were. This recipe finally made me believe not ALL meatballs need a sauce. Made some homemade fries for the side dish :)

    My 14 yr old daughter made this recipe for us. Delicious! Only thing she did slightly different was to substitute red onions for the shallots.

    These are amazing and not heavy since they are made with turkey instead of ground beef. I have made these several times now at my husband's request.
