Simple and good, but know that it's a base to build on; take this lightly flavored tofu and add it to your stirfry or whatever. If you want a simple main dish, bake the tofu as directed--but without the marinade, this will get your tofu crispy (turn the over up to 425 and you'll cut your cook time, too)--then make the soy and oil mix, and add a pinch of ginger and cayenne and the green onions. Simple crispy tofu with dipping sauce, yum. It will have a lot more flavor this way!
