I quite liked this. The chicken stayed moist and the sauce was great. It’s pretty sweet, I think next time I’ll dial down the brown sugar or maybe just use less sauce.

the flavors are sort of mixed. while it shouldve been sweet with a small kick of spice, it was just all meddled into one taste. will try it again but might change the process in some ways

Next time i wont use butter could taste it on the chicken also i substituted the thighs with chicken breast but it was served over rice and amazing

The sauce was great. I did modify the recipe a bit and used bone in chicken breasts instead of chicken thighs. We also added vegetables. Otherwise I followed the instructions.
