    Super easy and yummy! I love sweet potatoes but not when they're too mushy. I used convection setting on our oven to make sure they got crisp without burning.

    I do not traditionally like sweet potato fries but these were yummy. They were definitely not crispy though, even though I used a couple of the tricks recommended in comments tip increase crispiness.

    was pretty good but it was missing something. i heated up some butter and brown suger and spread it on top and they were amazing. definitely would recommend

    Great recepie! One tip - before seasoning dry the potatoes, so they are not soggy after! You can also add your own spices ( like garlic powder, rosemary ...)
