Bought some really nice scallops today. This was easy and the taste was great. Will definitely make this one again

I don't measure, but used all the ingredients in the recipe, except two. I didn't want to open a new bottle of dry vermouth for the little asked for in this recipe, because vermouth doesn't last long after opening. So, I used dry sherry instead. I had Parmesan, but opted for Parmesan Reggiiano instead because it was coming up on its expiration date. I loved this recipe and will use it again. Not just for scallops but for other seafood as well. I leave 5 stars if it's a recipe I'd serve guests. *:) Thanks for a wonderful recipe!
