  • 400 grams sardines
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 cayenne peppers
  • parsley (minced)
  • coarse salt
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • olive oil

Directions

This recipe takes plain sardines and changes them into a very flavorful centerpiece. I serve them with large saltine crackers and fruited rice sprinkled with slivered almonds. My sister doubled the sardines in this dish and her family has found a new favorite!
