Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 25 grams softened butter
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 125 grams prawns

Directions

  1. Place salmon on a lightly greased baking sheet
  2. Mix butter, garlic, parsley and prawns together and pile on top of salmon fillets
  3. Cook in preheated oven a 200C/Gas 6 for 15-20 minutes until salmon cooked through.
