I never review recipes but had to with this one. It was awesome. I finally found a salmon recipe that got my no seafood teen to eat it AND loved it. Def making it again

Taste was good, but the fish was terribly dry. Perhaps because I had frozen the filet prior to making it (Costco, you know?), or perhaps I should have smothered it in butter beforehand.

Delicious! I’m continually looking for interesting ways to get my kids to eat salmon. This was a hit with 2 out of 3 kids so it’s definitely a success! (Next time I’ll remember to put the Parmesan cheese in the mixture, though... I forgot it until the final 3 minutes on the clock so no browning but it was still tasty.) I added a small amount of olive oil to the seasoning mixture to keep the salmon juicy and that worked out well. Also, I lightly salted and peppered it for the first, under parchment paper round and that really helped bring out the flavors.

I really enjoyed this. Though I would recommend using either butter or olive oil too because my salmon came out a little dry without it.

Easy to follow direction s at first I was worried that it would be too salty with all the Parmesan cheese but it turned out delightful. My family enjoyed it and my son, who never eats fish, went back for 2nd and 3rds
