Family loved it!! As it was cooking, the kids said it was smelling so good. I didn’t have any cloves of garlic so i used 2 tsp of garlic powder to replace the 4 cloves.

Considering i like my Salmon fully cooked i probably overcooked slightly as i did turn it over for an extra 8 mins, but the flavours came out real nice and i just added some brown rice and spinach to the meal

This is amazingly simple yet so so yummi! HIGHLY recommend cooking your fish this way. I used cod tenderloins instead of salmon and it was perfection.
