This is a perfect recipe for a busy person. I would suggest using chicken tenders (or cut your breasts in half) - I don’t think i would like this recipe with big chicken breasts. Throw your tenders in a ziploc with the ranch and let them sit until you’re ready to use. Mine sat for 2 nights and they turned out moist, but I think these can sit in your fridge for a few days until you’re ready to use them. After coating them with the bread crumbs (I used panko and smashed the panko a little with a cup to make them really fine crumbs), I did lightly spray them with a cooking spray (I used avocado oil because i found it in a spray can at the store!) and it did help give the crust a little more crunch. I did flip the tenders after 20 minutes, reduced heat to 350 as instructed, but only baked an addt’l 10 minutes. Weren’t super KFC crispy, but definitely had some crisp and not soggy. Kids (14 & 12) said they were good (not as good as the “real ones” 😏 that come from the freezer section; explained these were a little healthier and they were good - said they would eat them again (sorry for the long review!)

this recipe is spot on. the only thing i didnt have was bread crumbs so i used corn flake crumbs. it was so good.
