It turned out prety good, but I probably should have sprayed some oil on top of the meat before I put it in the oven. And the meat cooked a bit quicker than the instructions called for. but Ibwillbtake that into account for the next time. othwrwise it was very good. worth another shot.

Was a real hit made it for my family and was told it was a keeper was concerned that it was cooking too long and would be dry but was not.
I marinated the chicken over night. Turned out really good. I'm going to try it with alfredo pasta next.
