We really enjoyed it! Although we didn’t have the time to marinate, it turned out to be better than we expected.

I followed the recipe exactly, and it received rave reviews with all my boys. I think next time I’ll try panko bread crumbs, so it is hopefully crunchier.

This recipe was very good. I didn’t marinate for four hours (only one) and it was still very tasty! Baked it at 400 for 35 minutes

So good and something different than my everyday baked chicken

Turned out wonderful! I ended up using mayo and dill instead of ranch. Also baked at 375 for 40 minutes for thick cut chicken! Mmmm

I marinated the chicken overnight in the homemade ranch dressing. It did make the chicken very tender. The taste was good, but I really didn't like the texture of it. My family ate it and said it was okay, but it wasn't a homerun. I think if I make it again, I will use different breadcrumbs.

I made it 4 ways to test if marinating it in ranch had any effect or if the spices with bread crumbs was flavorful. 2 marinated for 4 hours the other 2 did not, marinating does not make a difference for this. What does make a difference is rubbing the Italian spices directly on the chicken versus putting it in with the Bread crumbs and Parmesan.

It was wonderful. I have a Parmesan chicken recipe that is about the same. The difference is coating the chicken in the ranch dressing. It made it really moist and the whole family loved it

Turned out pretty well. Had great flavor (I did season the chicken with Adobo, garlic powder & pepper before coating in dressing). The breadcrumbs got nice & crunchy in the oven. Definitely didn’t need a full 50 mins w/ my oven. Probably baked about 40-45 mins. Hubby & son enjoyed it. Will definitely make again.
