Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes (medium)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (minced)
  • 1 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Cut the potatoes into 1-centimeter thick strips.
  3. 3Place the potato strips into a bowl, and then add the oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix all of the ingredients well until all of the potatoes are completely coned in oil.
  4. 4Cover a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil and place the potato strips on the sheet.
  5. 5Bake the potatoes in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Flip the potatoes after 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. 6Once the potatoes are fully cooked, place them in a bowl, add the parsley and garlic and mix everything well.
  7. 7Serve the potatoes warm.
