Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes (medium)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (minced)
  • 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 1-centimeter thick strips.
  3. Place the potato strips into a bowl, and then add the oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix all of the ingredients well until all of the potatoes are completely coned in oil.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil and place the potato strips on the sheet.
  5. Bake the potatoes in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Flip the potatoes after 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Once the potatoes are fully cooked, place them in a bowl, add the parsley and garlic and mix everything well.
  7. Serve the potatoes warm.

This recipe has to be one of my favorite recipes of all time. I loved how crispy and tender the potatoes turned out and the garlic and parsley gave it a great flavor. When my friends tried this recipe it became our officially get together dish that we will have anytime we get together. Definitely a 5 star recipe you would see served in a restaurant. Cannot wait to make it again.
