This was delicious and easy to adapt for just my 11 year old and me without massive amounts of leftovers.

I have made this for my family a few times and we LOVE it. One of our children said this is in his top ten of dishes I make. I would have posted a pic but it was gone too fast ;-) Thank you!

So good! Would totally make this again. I didn’t have any bacon so it was missing that, I’ll make sure to add that next time

Comfort food 101. I did divert from the recipe though. ;) First, I started with aromatics by sauteing 1/2 diced yellow onion, 1 rib celery diced, 2 cloves garlic minced ib 1 tbsp butter. I roasted 3 large skinless chicken thighs on a sheet pan at 400 F on the lower rack. I layed a large sprig of rosemary across the pan and arranged the thighs on top before roasting. I cooked 6 rashers of bacon in the oven on the top rack along with the chicken. Lastly, I tossed the broccoli in the residule bacon fat on the bacon sheet pan and roasted it in the oven. I left out the paprika, added 2 extra tbsp butter and used the entire container of sour cream. Other than that, I followed the recipe.

Good! I used softened cream cheese instead of sour cream and peas instead of broccoli. Turned out great even with the changes.

Tastes pretty good! Took a little longer than I expected but I'm slow in the kitchen. Will make this again.
