Do not cook for 15 minutes! They only need at most 10 minutes any longer and they burn! Otherwise very tasty!

I was surprised how filling these are! It’s also super easy to make. Instead of dipping in pizza sauce, we used ranch dressing.

The family liked these. No problems with soggy rolls. They came out hot and crispy. The second time I made them I added green peppers and a sprinkle of garlic powder, which worked out well. Next time I might use BBQ sauce and rotisserie chicken with the cheese, instead of pizza sauce and pepperoni. Certainly not a fancy meal, but they are quick and easy and everyone liked them.

These are okay, but they got really soggy really fast. Next time I would leave the pizza sauce out of the taquitos, and just put pepperoni and maybe some diced veggies inside with the cheese, then just use the sauce for dipping. I will definitely try them again, though.
